BorderMaker examples

Bordermaker 4.1 is here!

What has changed? The main diffirence is that I release BorderMaker as an open source product. The main reason for this is that I do not have enough time to actively develop BorderMaker. This way others are free to improve BorderMaker! The open source project is hosted at code.google.com/p/bordermaker

Users are now able to disable the donation dialog at startup.

If you have any questions, suggestions or remarks, you can always contact me. You can directly download the latest version of BorderMaker, all other information can be found on this site.

How it all began

BorderMaker is a Freeware tool that enables you to create borders, text and watermarks that can be placed on digital photo's. BorderMaker is freeware, so you can use it for free. A few years ago I created BorderMaker for myself, because I couldn't find any useful software to apply a border to a large number of digital photo's. When I finally developed it, I realized that other people might find BorderMaker useful as well. Then I started to put the software on-line. The user reactions where extremely positive so I continued development of new features that I wanted for my own photo collection. In the meanwhile the name BorderMaker no longer covers the functionality, but since it is now known as BorderMaker I keep it that way.

What you can do with BorderMaker

Besides creating nice borders around photo's, there is al lot of more stuff you can do with BorderMaker. You can process a large numbers of photo's and apply text, watermarks and borders. But some users use BorderMaker especially for conversion into a particular format. Others find BorderMaker useful for rotating all photographs in the right direction..

A number of screenshots accompanied with text clarify BorderMaker's use. It covers installation and use of BorderMaker. If anyone likes to create a fancy User's Guide, please feel free. I have also placed some of photo processing, to show what can be done with BorderMaker.
